fringe here and there

So i was on forever21.com and foud this cute top for 32.00 bucks! I love the top tucked in w/ the leather shorts for the fall. I would add some stockings and some cute booties w/ this fit.I'm going to find this top so i can try it on and see if it flatters my body..wish me luck! lol
