i've been on forever21.com hardcore this wk! i'm a lil indecisive on these flats! pls tell me your opinion on these! i see these being worn w/ a tailored blk blazer,blk tank,and blk leggings w/ a big statement necklace and a big clutch! i might just order them online...i think these are 22 or 24 bucks. can't beat that!!!
